A number of individuals were detained in Moscow at a makeshift memorial committed to victims of Saturdays lethal missile strike on a Ukrainian domestic building, media reported late Tuesday.At least 45 individuals, consisting of six kids, were killed and 20 remain missing after a Russian missile struck an apartment building in the east-central city of Dnipro, in among the most dangerous attacks of Russias almost year-long war in Ukraine.
