BENGALURU: Aviation regulator DGCA on Tuesday slapped a show-cause on domestic carrier Go First, pointing out multiple errors that led to a Delhi-bound flight removing from Bengaluru the previous early morning without 55 travelers who had actually been waiting in a bus for their rely on board.
The notice to the chief operating officer and a manager of the airline noted absence of proper interaction, coordination, reconciliation and confirmation among the lapses ahead of flight departing at 5.45 am on Monday.
Go First, which accommodated those left on another flight to Delhi four hours later, has two weeks to respond.
It provided an apology to the passengers due to an unintended oversight .
It used a free ticket to each on any domestic sector throughout the next 12 months.
