KOCHI: Death toll in bomb blasts in Kalamassery has gone up to six with the death of a 24-year-old man on Thursday night.
Praveen Pradeepan, son of Pradeepan in Malayattoor Neeleeswaram panchayat, succumbed to burn injuries sustained in the blasts during the Jehovah's Witnesses Convention on October 29.
Praveen, who suffered 60 per cent of burns, died at 10.40pm at a private hospital.His 12 year-old-sister Libna succumbed to burn injuries sustained in the blasts, the next morning.Mother Reena died of injuries on November 11.
His brother Rahul also sustained minor injuries.
He was working in Chennai and reached home on October 28, day before the blast.
Meanwhile, 11 people who suffered injuries in the blasts are still undergoing treatment in various hospitals in Ernakulam.
