The National Association of Peruvian Journalists (ANP) reported on Friday (Feb.
3) that 153 journalists were assaulted while covering the anti-government demonstrations that started on Dec.
7 in 2015, primarily in Lima, and worried that law enforcement officer devoted the most regular attacks.The ANPs Human Rights Office information show that attacks on reporters amounted to 94 in January, revealing that the greatest number was concentrated in Lima which the most frequent assailants were police officers.
