The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (IEA) required positive interaction with the world on the celebration of the 34th anniversary of the withdrawal of Soviet forces from Afghanistan.In the statement, it the IEA stated: & If the countries have a clear and good interaction with us, we are also prepared to have a favorable interaction, bearing in mind our spiritual and nationwide interests.
